Our Store Policy

Returns:

Returns are accepted at the customer's expense.  We offer free returns only if there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item was sent to the customer.  Please email us:  info@thechangingroomboutique.com.  

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected a refund will be issued.   If an item appears to be worn, it will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are factory defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@thechangingroomboutique.com and you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

All items need to be in original packaging when returned.  We will inspect all items.  If the item appears to have been worn it will not be accepted.  Once the item has passed inspection, you will receive an email with further instructions.  

Shipping
 We ship USA and Canada Only.
Shipping Rates are standard shipping rates and flat rates.  They are available at checkout.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please make sure you are shipping your packages to a secure location.  The Changing Room Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost packages, if you mistakenly type in the wrong address. 
   
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided.  You can use the tracking number to locate your package at any time.  If your package is lost, please use the provided tracking number and contact USPS.  Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for delivery.  
 

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.
